ALUCOIL COATING has developed a process which combines an effective multimetal pretreatment with a high performance paint, giving the product excellent mechanical properties that enable the material to be shaped, folded and stamped after coating.

Aluminium is infinitely recyclable and, consequently, lasting. Its quality and material properties are never lost. In addition, recasting aluminium uses only 5% of the energy necessary to produce primary aluminium.
Powder paint does not contain solvents, and is therefore free from VOC (volatile organic compounds).
ALUCOIL COATING uses powder coatings that are free from toxic heavy metals.
The powder coatings used by ALUCOIL COATING comply with the requirements of the USGBC Initiative for sustainable construction products and contribute to the LEED EQc4 credits, for low-emissions materials.
High durability liquid paint with excellent weather resistance in colour and gloss, equivalent to Qualicoat class 3. This product redefines the standards of quality and guarantees results.
With a production capacity of 1,000,000 m2 per year, durolac® is available for a wide range of products including aluminium alloys in the series 1000-3000-4000-5000, galvanised steel, polyurethane panels, polystyrene panels, PVC sheets, etc. With maximum dimensions of 6000×1600 mm, with a minimum thickness of 2 mm and maximum of 4 mm and a maximum height of 40 mm.
Gloss adjustable from 10 to 90 GU and possibility of folding up to 2T.
Very good resistance to chemicals, dirt, scratches, abrasions and the weather. It also has anti-graffiti properties that ensure exceptional durability in various conditions.
