It give specific courses in occupational risk prevention, and provides all the necessary resources to improve employees’ health and wellbeing.

QUALITY EDUCATION

In its continuous commitment, ALUCOIL COATING focuses its efforts on the continuous training of its employees, in addition of collaborating actively with the local vocational training centres and universities. It gives various in-house training courses so staff can continue their training and adapt to new environments.

The ALUCOIL COATING Code of Conduct sets out both equal opportunities and zero tolerance of harassment. An Equality Plan is in the process of being implemented. This aims to encourage an organisational culture that integrates the principle of equal treatment and opportunities in the management of human capital, incorporating the gender perspective and other factors of diversity in all procedures. It should be noted that important senior management posts in the company are held by women.
